Welcome to Fierce Forward⚡️💛 /// Our roots come from small beginnings in 2010 when our Founder, Ashley, hit rock bottom in her life and wanted to create a path forward to living her truest life! She created a mantra to face her fears called Fierce Forward. She started sharing this mantra with her community and created intention bracelets to be the daily reminders that help us stay on the right path, towards what we're creating in our lives! From here, the mission was born and today, the mission is the same.

Sizing details
-Necklace Sizing
Length is the open necklace laid straight & measured end to end. The best way to confirm what size is best for you is to drape a string around your neck, mark it where you want the length to be, then measure the string. In general 14" would be for a choker length, 16" generally hits at the nape of the neck, 18" hits above the heart and 20" or more would be good for a long
~Bracelet Sizing
Take a loose tape measure and wrap around your wrist. Keep in mind that if you plan to wear several pieces at a time you may want to pick a size up for the ones that will be worn higher on your arm.
Woman's sizing - small 6.0" or smaller | medium 6.5-7" | large 7.5"+
Men's sizing - small: 7.5" or smaller | medium 8" | large 8.5" +
Care instructions
Jewelry that is gold fill or sterling silver is the most durable & long lasting. Just like plated jewelry it is still best to store them in a dry area away from sprays, oil & other elements. Avoid exposing plated jewelry to water, perspiration, sprays, oils, lotions, & tanning products. Each one of us is unique and your personal body chemistry + PH levels can affect how quickly plated jewelry will wear or tarnish. Clean your gold filled jewelry with warm water & pat dry with a soft cloth, never rub. Polish your sterling jewelry with a jewelry cloth when needed. Most of our chains are delicate & beautiful but care must be taken to not stretch, yank or pull on them. We recommend never sleeping in any jewelry as it can snag and cause damage.
Items that arrive damaged
We take great care to prevent any damage to your order during transit. In the unlikely event that it does arrive damaged please message us with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipped to incorrect address
Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If the order has been shipped to the incorrect address, we cannot retrieve it once it's in the hands of the USPS. If an order has been returned to us due to providing an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for purchasing shipping to resend the order to the correct address.
USPS shows package was delivered but don't have it
If this happens we suggest first asking anyone else in the house if it was brought in. Occasionally USPS marks an order as delivered before it actually is so you may want to wait a day or two to see if it does get delivered. We also suggest checking with neighbors. The next step would be to contact your local USPS for them to try to locate it. They use GPS & will be able to determine where the package was scanned delivered. If it still cannot be located then we suggest filing a missing mail search. Contact us if you need any assistance.
